- How much is Shipping?
We offer free shipping for USA & CANADA on all of our products and collections. Additionally we offer free shipping for UK, EU, AU & New Zealand on all our products under "Baby Gadgets" Collection only. International Shipping will apply for all other countries. Our Shipping Services will always include online tracking.
- How do I check the status of my order?
Upon placing your order, please allow 3-5 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment team will pack your item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email. If you did not receive any updates on your order, please contact us immediately.
- Where do your items ship from?
Our fulfillment centers are located around the world. We work straight with a team of manufacturers and artisans overseas, and we are making all our efforts to ship your product as soon as possible.

- What is the Delivery Estimate Time?
Deliveries on orders from USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand can take 2 to 4 weeks. Deliveries on orders from Europe, South/Central America and Asia can take 3-6 weeks. Deliveries on orders from the rest of the world, can take 5 to 8 weeks.
There may be occasional custom delays during shipping. These delays are uncontrollable and may result in delayed delivery of the order. Please ensure the correct delivery address (and/or correct postal code) are provided at check out.

- Any Custom duties/fees?
All custom, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for these fees in any way.
Please contact your customs office for more information. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.
- How can I avoid any shipping delays?
If you are purchasing any of our items as a holiday gift or special occasions, we recommend purchasing the item(s) 6 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment with unforeseen shipping or custom delays. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive on time or before the specified dates.
- I ordered two or more items, but have received only one… what is happening?
Since we have a large variety of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some of your products will get shipped separately. So, do not worry! It is quite normal that you receive a product a few days before the other.
- Is your website secure with my personal information?
Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product.
